Head Chef – New restaurant opening – Greek/Mediterranean food

Most Head Chefs I speak to are looking for similar things from a job and employer.

I am looking for Head Chef to help open a new Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in central London. The restaurant will open in May/June time. We are looking to bring the Head Chef on board now to help set up the kitchen spec, write menus, recruit and train a team and promote the business.
