My client Operates a city boutique Hotel with an extensive Restaurant and Bar which requires a Deputy Manager. As Deputy Manager you will work closely with the General Manager. She is one of the best in the business and you will develop more than you can in any other role.

You will be challenged and stretched you your limits in the best ways, learing all areas of the business as you go.

The business offers unique Cocktails (“made your way” is their strapline). They also have extensive craft beers and ales. The food is fresh and of a very high standard. Upstairs you will find beautifully designed boutique bedrooms.

·£25,000 – £30,000 Deputy Manager starting salary depending on experience
