The Candidate Journey

After an initial phone call to establish who you are, your motives and what you are looking for we will then meet up to really dig into your skillset and what makes you tick.

I will find out about you inside and outside of work in order to match you with the best possible company and culture. You’ll go away and visit my recommendations, look at them online and make sure they are right for you.

I will then spend time helping you prepare for the interview. After that, it is over to you to sell yourself. I will be with you all the way, arranging the next stages all the way though to negotiating an offer, start date and making sure you get everything in writing. Sound good? Oh, and did I mention this is all free? I’ll even get the coffee.
