      Our Services

      Contingent recruitment

      In short, this is a no win no fee recruitment model. It comes with minimal risk to the client but no guarantees the role will be filled. Our clients pay us once we have completed the assignment. If you are looking for a guaranteed hire then a retained search may suit you better.

      Retained recruitment

      A retained search involves a commitment from both the client and us. Using this search method we will stagger payments in 3 parts. Brief, shortlist and completion. With this we will guarantee to fill your vacancy. We will spend time getting to know you, your business and taking a thorough brief. We then spend time selecting, meeting and shortlisting candidates so you can chose from the best 2 or 3. Most likely these will not be candidates on the market.
